As for the reviewer who said the dough was too dry and crumbly--I bet they added too much flour by scooping the flour with the measuring cup instead of lightly spooning it in or weighing it.

I replaced half of the caramel with white chocolate chips and it turned out delicious! I didn't like these at all. I’m a sucker for caramels! Thanks Krystle, luckily the rain is pretty light so far! So, hope you don’t mind me taking this short break from my healthy dinner recipes  for an ultra rich and dreamy not so bad for you cookie   I am also practicing with my digital SLR camera that has been tucked away in my closet because I’ve been too afraid to figure it out.

However, the recipe does not work as written and you will need to add additional fat or moisture as many have stated in previous reviews. The dough was a bit crumbly to work with, but they turned out great! Refrigerate the cookie dough for 30 minutes. Cookies (if you could call them that) came out crumbled and dry. I better get to the store. It is probably my most favorite flour ever.
